Greenwich Peninsula

Eighty hectares of previously developed land on the River Thames is being regenerated as a 15 million square foot development including 20 hectares of new parkland, 2.5km of riverside walkway, 10,000 homes, workspace, education and visitor attractions. The geometry of the plan responds to the shape of the peninsula to create new streets and a sequence of spaces that connect the hinterland to the river.
