This strategy started as an independent initiative and has subsequently been adopted as public policy by metropolitan and local government. The Marylebone Euston Road forms the northern boundary of Central London. Designed as an urban motorway, the strategy proposes a new boulevard that reconnects the city’s major rail and metro stations to the West End.
